Rev. Sr Maria Chigozie Onuegbulam, PhD is a legal practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Benin. She earned her BL from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. Maria Chigozie Onuegbulam earned her Master of Law and Ph.D degrees in Law from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. She joined the Faculty of Law, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Agbani as a lecturer in 2014. She has quite a number of articles, journal publications and chapters in the areas of human right, comparative international criminal law, domestic criminal law, communications law, and Legal Principles to her credit. She has written chapters proposing legal recognition of the rights of the unborn child for sustainability. Rev Sr Maria Chigozie Onuegbulam is disposed in collaborating actively with other researchers in other multidisciplinary areas for academic excellence. She is active in justice, Peace initiative. Rev. Sr Maria Chigozie Onuegbulam, PhD is a Catholic reverend sister of the Religious Institute of the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Mother of Christ, Nigeria.
