Nwakuche Chinyere Maudline is currently researching on her PhD. Dissertation in Law on the topic: “Jurisdiction of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria under the 1999 Constitition as amended, 3rd Altteration Act”.
She studied for her Bachelor of Law Degree at the University of Nigeria from 1987 to 1990. She was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1991. She then enrolled for a Master of Laws at the University of Nigeria, which she obtained in 1995. She was an active legal practitioner before joining in 2014 the Faculty of Law of Enugu State University of Science and Technology as academic staff.
Barrister Nwakuche teaches the Law of Contract and Industrial Law.
