Paul Obinna Okenwa studied at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) where he obtained his LL.B. (Hons). He graduated from University of Wales, UK, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law. His Ph.D programme is on going. He teaches constitutional law, and company law. His areas of expertise include constitutional law and family law.
